What are check in and check out times?
Check in time is after 4PM. If your unit is ready prior to 4PM, we may allow you to check in early; however, we cannot guarantee early check in. Check out time is 11AM. Any late check out is subject to an additional night's charge.

If our unit is not ready and we arrive before 4PM may we use the waterparks?
Yes, there are changing areas at both the indoor waterpark and one near the entrance of the outdoor waterpark in building one. Guests may also use the waterparks after checking out for the remainder of that day.

Is there a height requirement for the slides?
The 2 interior high speed slides require that children be at least 48" tall. Children between 36-48" may use the slides but are required to wear a safety vest that may be obtained at the indoor waterpark. No one is allowed on the indoor slides under 36" tall. The exterior slide has no height requirement. We request that parents or guardian use their own judgment on allowing small children
to use the outdoor slide.

Do you accept pets?
We are sorry but we do not allow pets. These units are individually owned and the home owners association voted
against allowing pets.

What are the front desk hours?
Our front desk is open and staffed
24 hours a day.

What are the pool hours?
Our pools open at 9AM and close at 11PM.

Do you have a Continental Breakfast?
No, all units are equipped with full kitchens.

Do you have a restaurant on property?
No, there is a restaurant right at our entrance plus others directly across the street. There are many other dinning options with-in a mile of The Resort.

Are you smoke free?
All guest units and public areas are non smoking. For those guests who do smoke, we allow them to smoke on their own balcony. We request that they close their balcony door to keep smoke
from entering the unit.

Do you have free internet access?
All guest units and public areas have
wireless internet access.

Do you have cribs?
We have the pack-n-play style cribs. There is a $5 + tax daily fee for their use.

Do you have roll-a-way beds?
No, outside of infants, occupancy of the unit is limited to the amount of guests that may sleep in provided beds and sleeper sofa the unit is equipped with. Each bed and sleeper sofa is considered to accommodate
2 guests.

Do the units have washer & dryers?
All guest units except the queen studio are equipped with a washer/dryer.

Do the kitchens have dishwashers?
All units are equipped with dishwashers and one starter pack of dishwater detergent.

What is required to make a reservation?
A deposit of the first nights stay plus taxes is required at the time of making the reservation. Upon check in, the remaining balance is due. The credit card used to make the deposit must be presented at check in even if payment of balance is by another means. If a person other than the guest is paying for the unit or the deposit an authorization form is required, contact 800-309-0813 for details on authorization forms.

What is your cancelation policy?
A full refund will be issued if reservation is canceled 48 hours prior to arrival (arrival is considered 4PM EST). Additionally, any non third party (Expedia, Orbitz, Pigeon Forge Hot Deals, Priceline, etc.) reservation with in 48 hours until arrival time may cancel and receive a 50% refund or have the full deposit held for up to one year towards
a new reservation.
